⛷ Looking across the monastery rooftops, to an Olympic #ski jump on Mount #Titlis, in Engelberg, Switzerland. The monastery makes delicious cheeses from their alpine milk; we always bring home Raclette. Cows forage in the mountains, and I once saw an injured one being lowered by helicopter. That alone indicates how valuable each cow is.
