Played a bunch more yesterday after installing some of the recommended mods by @Canageek. It's nice and improved gameplay. Also tweaked the .ini file somewhat to increase frame rate.

Got some new settlements and supply lines set up and even managed to help defend the Starlight Drive-In from those evil robots!

Slowly heading towards level 25 and then I will finally be able to unlock Gun Nut 3 and mod my hunting rifle with a proper scope and more importantly, a suppressor.

Made it to Diamond City, picked up a ton of quests, and helped out poor little Travis.

Meanwhile, my home base at the Starlight drive-In was attacked by Rust Devils along with nasty robots. It took some doing and a quick grab of a stored missile launcher, but we got them in the end. Did unfortunately lose one of my provisioners in the battle. Upgraded my defenses after that.

Leveled to 20 and hoping to make the trek to find Valentine soon.

Had a good day and managed to do the quest for both Greygarden and Oberland Station. Game crashed a few times in the water plant making me redo part of it a few times but got it done in the end. Feels nice. Now, on to Diamond City?

Finally made some progress again. Found a new camp to get some kills and xp and made it to level 16. Finally had enough S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points to build a clinic at my current home base, the Starlight Drive-In. So sick and tired of rad damage and infections. Still need Gun Nut 3 to put a silences on the good sniper rifle though.
