I went to Kiberick Cove (see last post) to hunt for an old record of a very rare mushroom, the Date Waxcap. I didn’t find the date sadly… but I did find this new-to-me #waxcap in the #grassland instead!
Meet the Yellow-foot Waxcap (Cuphophyllus flavours). Named for fairly obvious reasons! 😏
