I just learned how induction stoves work! I assumed that the magnets deformed the pan repeatedly, causing mechanical heating. Which, if you think about it even a little bit, it silly. Instead, the magnetic field causes a current to flow in the pan. Pans aren't great conductors so there's resistance and that generates the heat. #TodayIFoundOut #stoves #inductioncooktops

I just found out, while eating dark chocolate with my morning coffee, that dark chocolate is surprisingly healthy.

It contains a good amount of fiber, plus other compounds that aid gut health by increasing good bacteria and diminishing bad ones.

And that’s all on top of it improving my mood. 🥰
