I really love that new bottom bar UI in #Todoist 😍 much quicker access the important views now. Hopefully we’ll be able to customize the options there!

Later this month, I will attend Cohort 10 of Action-Powered Productivity. The course is tool-agnostic. The attendees and alumni use #PKM tools like #Tana, #Obsidian, and #Logseq, and no one has only a single tool in their toolbox (so you'll see #DEVONthink, #Todoist, #Drafts, and many others). I have attended cohorts in the past, including the very first one, back when everyone was using #Roam, and I always get a lot out of it.

Tempted to stop using #Obsidian as a task manager for work and use #Todoist or heck, Jira. But I like how I can connect my project notes with my tasks in Obsidian. Just that as a task manager, it isn't as robust as it should be.

Thinking about switching over to #Todoist but not really a fan of continual payments.

Just found out #todoist has a limit on label count. 😮‍💨 Going to need to get creative on label reuse. 😅

Though it took me a few years, since migrating from #RememberTheMilk, to find out. 😅 Now I'm curious. How many labels did I have on rtm... Probably in the thousands. 🤣

For me, this summer is full of #productivity jubilees. Today I have my 50000th task completed in @todoist.🙂

With the talk around having to do the Crystal Tower before starting HeavensWard, one of my #ToDoIst items for my main was clearing the Coils of Bahamut. I'd forgotten until recently that I hadn't done them.

This was way before I realised raids were doable with not too much pressure as a DPS and had neat story.

Sooo, I'm just trying to solo this one on L90 PLD.

I got one-shotted the first time of this boss, but got it right the second time.

Do any of y’all use to do list software like #taskwarrior or #todoist and have any that you recommend?

I’ve been getting into taskwarrior lately but I’m always worried this kind of stuff has potential to distract more than it helps

His videos helped me tremendously in getting up to speed with obsidian and I am probably using only 5% of its strengths. @ellane @joonhyeok_ahn for me the reason to want to put these things together is that knowledge work *is* my work - I‘m a computer scientists by education and trade, everything I do is information survey and knowledge work and I‘d very much like what I work about to connect with my workflows for managing that „What“. Also to maintain & drive my capture workflows. A lot of these things interlock naturally.

That said, I use #obsidian, #tana and #todoist right now. *Would* like something holistic

Over years I've collected a bunch of "read later" links in a #Todoist project like web bookmarks for eventual perusal.

This weekend I'm working my way down the list. Nearly everything from #Twitter and #Reddit (r/programming) is inaccessible and I hit my free #Medium article limit in 5 minutes.

The web is a fragile place right now. Thankfully I'm populating a personal #Joplin notebook and copying whole blocks of salient information (with citation) instead of trusting it'll be there tomorrow.
