One of the tricks my brain weasels play is to convince me I'm not getting anything done. On those days, I keep a to-done list and write down even small things like taking out the trash or washing a load of clothes that I normally wouldn't even register doing. It's usually enough to prove to the weasel that I actually AM doing things throughout the day. I don't even know what they expect anyway. #depression #ToDone #productivity #enough
