So, last year I got bad knees from #running. This year I am trying to run on forfoot or #toerunning to save my knees. I have been running like this in my hookas for a while but should I switch to a zero drop shoe? Or even the specialized toerunner shoe? Opinions? #jogging #training #garmin Pros and cons?
