The Point Reyes In Black and White

The Pt Reyes has been one of my favorite photographic subjects ever since I discovered her washed up on the shore of Tomales Bay many years ago. I don't really know that much about her. What I do know is that over the last 5-7 years I have watched her slowly deteriorate.

Between morning church and Lessons & Carols in the evening yesterday my daughter and I went on the #Tomales Point Trail at #PointReyes in West Marin (California) and saw many, many Tule #elk, a very non-skittish #coyote, and a large #hawk perched on the top of a small tree. (Also quite a few smaller hawks, including a hovering kestrel.)
