It might not sound appealing, but I’ve had some really delicious ones. I’m hoping this one turns out! I used extra sharp white cheddar, Parmesan, and a little bit of feta. I also added a little Panko to the filling to hopefully soak up some of the juice. #cooking #tomatoes #TomatoPie #dinner
