I own probably ~15 bags across our whole family (they make a huge variety), and have not had a single problem with any of them. I’ve stocked up big-time on their packing cubes which get serious use. But my first was a backpack which has been my daily carry for 20 years now, still going strong.

I’ve been struggling to find a compact laptop daypack with nice organizational features and a luggage handle pass-through that fits well under the seat for air travel.
I tried the #Timbuk2 Division pack which was comfy and compact but lacked sufficient organization. I next tried the #TomBihn Synik 22 and I think it’s a winner.
