@mattcropp jumping in! Our small rural #coop just celebrated 45 years! However, we can barely pay staff, let alone board members. Plus I think as a WA state non-profit our board must be volunteer (i will double check) we barely survived the pandemic, financially, & have reached out to coop orgs for advice.
