Google translate has the Chinese characters on the bag as "Flower Machine Full of Incense", but the producer, Tong Xin She Teahouse, says it is 2021 Lao Cong Man Tang Xiang Dancong Oolong and translates it from Chinese as "Old Bush Roomful of Fragrance" Dancong. Take your pick.

Yancha holiday continues with Yue Ming Xiang rock oolong from Tong Xin She Teahouse. Lighter oxidation, lighter roast oolong. The name apparently means, "the aroma of lucid moon" and is traditionally drunk during full moon festivals.

Oolong Sunday, Peach Fragrance Da Hong Pao from Tong Xin She Teahouse.

Interestingly, when I see peach or apricot or almond fragrance in the traditional name of a tea, I find the tea is more evocative of peach or apricot or almond flowers than the fragrance of the ripe fruit.

Every year I splurge on a new year's gift for myself of the annual tasting flight of yancha selections from Tong Xin She Teahouse. Lately I have landed on the strategy of drinking them between Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is the first of those teas.
