That kid in the suit doesn't have permission to drive, even though his seizures have been under control for a year now. He has a Spacey episodes which I don't think are seizures but the neurologist has never going to approve him driving if he's spacing.

If you have and don't drive, how do you manage? We are in a town of about 50,000 with very mediocre public busses.
