Made a nice Bolgnese sauce to go with it.
Oh! The twist you ask? Well had some turnip to use up, so it's Potatoes and Turnip Gnocci.

My mobility has been limited since I had a virus in September so I bought a mushroom pappardelle #PastaEvangelista dish. It’s nice except for the slightly strange choice to put carrots in a creamy sauce? Don’t like carrots at all though so that’s making me biased… #TonightsDinner

Coliflor con ajo
1 cauliflower in florets, 2 tablesp olive oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tablesp chopped black olives, 1 teasp cumin seeds, 1 teasp mild (or hot) paprika, salt (or pecorino romano cheese)
1) steam cauli florets (8-10 mins)
2) heat oil (moderate) in pan, fry garlic 2-3 mins
3) add steamed cauli to pan, fry 2-3 mins
4) add olives, cumin seed, paprika, salt (or cheese), fry for 10 mins
