Bei Temperaturen oder 10 Grad gehe ich gerne ins #Tonkatsu Restaurant: das bezeichnet eigentlich ein mundgerecht geschnittenes Schweineschnitzel, hier in der Kaesevariante 😎
Dazu gibt es ne Reis-, Misosuppen- und Getraenke-Flatrate, Kimchi, diverse Gemuese, Weisskohl und nen Wackelpeter, der irgendwie nach Tee schmeckt.
Kostet umgerechnet etwa 8 Euro und mal was anderes...

Beating the meat took less time than planned... O_o But then found out we were basically out of breadcrumbs and tonkatsu sauce.... O_o So filled out the breadcrumbs with cornflour and lentil flour, and made up a quick tonkatsu sauce. It's basically tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce and a hit of sugar mixed up. #tonkatsu
