I remember Take Hart with fondness from my youth.

Perhaps even more so, I recall Vision On. This has to be the first time I became aware of the existance of #SignLanguage.

[1977] Take Hart - Children's art series presented by Tony Hart. It took over from Vision On and ran from 1977 until 1983. The show featured Hart and the animated Plasticine character Morph.
