You may be right. Our impression was there were some cypcys using the same hash specifically for this reason. We've not been across the space recently though so may be mistaken.

We have noticed similar #censorship of #riseupDotNet and #I2PMailDotOrg, not just by #Microsoft but #Google and #Cloudflare servers also.
