Seeing every single problem as a service is the core problem of current #ServiceDesign and #ProductDesign and why the most part of these products either don't work or serve the interest of the few capitalising on data and purchase.
In this scenario, we keep having #design #ThinkTank pushing out new #toolkits as if the problem relies in the tools, not in the behaviour.
