I know people like to shoot off fireworks at the 4th, despite my dogs massive displeasure, but this year seems especially loud. Its been going on for days well into the night. And HUGE booms. What is up this year? #tooloud #tooold

Sleep would have been nice, but the universe had other ideas.

So far I've changed my desktop background to a soothing grey - every other color or picture was too loud and discordant.
