Testing #monaapp … but until now, I still like #tootapp more 😄🎈

My #Mastodon feed is becoming top quality – fast, funny, smart and uplifting. Just what I want from a social network without the downsides of elsewhere. (Thank you, good people I follow.) The more I use it, the more I like it. I’m here to stay.

I will never use any mobile #Mastodon app that still does this. The screen is already tiny and this is a huge chunk of wasted screen real estate. Wrap your text around the images or GTFO. #tootapp #mammoth #etc

Did you know that with Toot! app (@tootapp), you can follow the local feeds of servers you’re not on? It’s a fantastic way to broaden your view of the #fediverse. (Tip 1 is to follow hashtags, but most of us hear that quickly.) I follow 12 different servers, from local #seattle servers, an Econ server, various social sciences servers, and the infosec server. And there’s an easy long-click way to favorite, boost, or follow from your primary account. Highly recommend.

@TilliAtHome vorerst bleibt #tootapp mein Hauptclient. Für mich ist iCloud Sync ein Muss. Von @mammoth bin ich sehr positiv überrascht worden. Intuitive Menüführung, smoothes scrollen der TL, sinnvolle Extras, wie das später senden... Viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Eigentlich die beste Mischung aller derzeit verfügbaren Mastodon Apps. Sobald der iCloud Sync kommt und ein paar kleinere Bugs behoben sind, ist das mein Favoriten App

@Th3G4m3r @TilliAtHome @apfelnutzer also der Sync bei ivory funktioniert bei mir gut. Ist aber nicht so schnell wie bei #Mona und #Toot! Wobei bei #tootapp auch die anderen TL gesynct werden… was bei keiner andern App geht

Is there a way to see your local timeline in @tootapp? I can see the local timelines for the other servers I'm following but not my own. I thought there was a way…

Die Darstellung der Beiträge mit Bildern kann Ivory tatsächlich besser. So ehrlich muss man schon sein. Die Filter und Blocks werden mittlerweile auch Mastodon-Serverseitig verarbeitet. Bin fast überzeugt und finde kaum noch was zu meckern. Hier der optische Vergleich #Ivory vs #TootApp

@marinade @tootapp Omg so I wasn’t the only one who took forever to realize that… Swiping wasn’t working reliably so I was getting quite frustrated for a while until I realized I could just long-press on the dial instead. #tootapp

Hey @tootapp, is there a possibility that you could add the ability to search hashtags on servers that I don’t have an account on? I have a few servers added to Toot! that I scroll through their local and federated timelines and it would be nice to be able to search for hashtags also. Thank you.

Okay! #toot app IS BROKEN for me since the last 2 updates.

Usually the timeline scrolls to the TOP when I push the button below in every row.

Now it takes me SEVERAL ATTEMPTS plus manual scrolling to get ON TOP of the list.

THAT SUCKS BIG TIME BECAUSE IT COSTS MY TIME! So please fix this quick.

Hi, @IceCubesApp! I have a couple of requests, if you don’t mind. First, can you add a view option or pseudo-list containing only accounts that are not already on a list? That’d make managing lists a lot easier. Second, can you make the post editor capable of composing multi-posts or splitting overly long posts into multi-posts as a string of replies? #TootApp does this, and I really like it.
