Anyone else noticing slow downs on #TootCafe today?

using my toot.cafe a/c to view the profile of others (incl those following me) on other instances (incl mastodon.social), I can't see the user's past toots, I can see only a limited number of follows/followers etc.

what behaviour is this? will the data populate over time?
