Tohle jsou #top3 nejlepší Mastodon klienti pro iOS, které se ke mně dostali. Pokud si z nich vyberete kterýkoliv, nemůžete to poplést, všechny tři jsou totiž skvělé.

Osobní preferenci mám jako uživatel Tweetbota u Ivory, ale ani IceCubes mě neuráží a toot je zase nejlepší na vyhledávání.

Dnes vyšla beta @MonaApp, ale nemám jí, tak na ní mrknu až bude venku a dodatečně ji do tohohle testu přidám. Tak zatím…d8-D

tooot možná není designově tak dotažený, ale jinak má všechno včetně seznamů, editace tootů a profilu, a ještě přidává něco, v čem ostatní trochu zaostávají, a sice vyhledávání. tooot je na vyhledávání, prohlížení followerů u followerů a na editaci dlouhých seznamů nejlepší, takže #top3…d8-D

1. @ivory Not yet fully featured but the most professional, polished (and most expensive) app out there. Simply beautiful.
2. @icecubesapp Huge number of features and frequently updated (perhaps too frequently) but this is clearly the developer’s labour of love. Scrolling needs to be smoother.
3. @mammoth This would have been my no.2 if it hadn’t inexplicably disappeared! I hope it will return because it was showing REAL promise, from a responsive developer.

Some may say I have a slight obsession with #Mastodon Apps at this moment in time. Anyways here are my #Top3 at the moment:

1. #Mammoth
2. #Ivory
3. #Mastoot

Metatext was my main client, but then I moved on to Mammoth and I can confidently say it is now my favourite Mastodon client. I just got on the beta for Ivory and so far so good! The lack of DMs button at the bottom is weird to me though. Mastoot is decent, yet kind of basic.

- Everything Everywhere All At Once (The Daniels) - absolutely genius
- X (Ti West) - best horror I’ve seen in a long, long time
- The Wonder (Sebastian Lelio) - fucking amazing work of art, that’s it

Honourable mention: Turning Red (Domee Shi) - wholesome and cute, and so Torontonian it hurts. Love it.
