It's funny. When Conservative/Right wing provincial gov'ts stand to gain from asserting their powers, they are the first ones to cry "Wolf" when the federal gov't supposedly tries to "interfere" in provincial jurisdiction. Yet when it's about spending money on their aforementioned jurisdictions, they try 2 punt it 2 the federal gov't.
