Yes, scAmazon have a thing called #ESRI maps that is just as bad, given we block #technoFeudalists. Truth be told ESRI actually blocks us because we use #TorBrowser, but the feeling is mutual 😉.

Ich hatte mich schon gefreut, dass Jörg #Schieb auf #WDR5 korrekt über #Tor berichtet. Z.B. klärte er darüber auf, dass nur 20%–30% der Angebote dort kriminell sind.

Aber zwei Dinge am Ende waren dann doch falsch:

1.) Er hat Tor mit #Darknet gleichgesetzt, obwohl es auch andere Darknets gibt.

2.) Er hat suggeriert, dass man außer dem #TorBrowser ein #VPN benötige, um das »Darknet« zu benutzen. Das ist falsch und gefährlich.

Strongly recommend #TorBrowser w highest Safety level and #uBlock added, as per how #TailOS provide Tor to #journalists. Great for browsing the #clearnet and onion sites. Put the #NoScript addon button in the topbar to easy enable js for trusted sites.

For #I2P we recommend a Firefox based browser that is hardened like TorBrowser. A good place to start is the spyware.neocities.org site, and the Archlinux wiki (surprisingly), on hardening Firefox-based browsers.

Also one major "can't use" for me - regardless of #ChipShortages and #Scalpers - is the lack of a convenient #LUKS #Encryption setup in both #RaspberryPiOS and @ubuntu / #Ubuntu for @Raspberry_Pi / #RaspberryPi.

Not gonna argue the lack of @tails or official @torproject #TorBrowser but to make #FullDiskEncryption viable and useable, it just can't be restricted to external media or having to manually fiddle around, cuz that's a pain in the rear.

Another way is to try accessing site while running the DigitalFeudalismCounterAction (#DFCA) BigTechBlocker for linux, and then try visiting the site in #Firefox or via the 'wget' linux command. Eg.:

If a popup appears saying a #technoFascist is blocked then don't signup on it with your #TorBrowser either.
