Made a couple of bug fixes π to DatashaderRasterizer (for turning points/lines/polygons to pixel masks based on a template raster). Also sneaked in a tiny enhancement β¨ to XpySTACAssetReader (which wraps around `xarray.open_dataset`) to work without xpystac π.
