We’ve seen in recent years how little the Tories cared for the lives of the elderly, disabled, poor and ethic minorities during the pandemic…now we learn they put saving money ahead of keeping children’s lives safe in state schools.

It’s little wonder they want their own handpicked civil servants when they repeatedly ignore the warnings of the current ones.

According to Feargal Sharkey my water provider Anglian Water paid £4.6 billion to shareholders between 2012 and 2022.

But you will find no mention of that in the BBC’s ‘balanced’ reporting on the funding of Anglian’s very belated infrastructure project to keep the taps on in the East.

Privatisation created monopolies in water industry which were a license to print money for shareholders. Make it stop.
