The sky looked nasty leaving campus, but I didn’t expect to have to pull over on Interstate-99 due to heavy rain and wind. I was passing mile marker 56.4 when this came over the radio (for mile marker 56 though 80).
TLDR version: I left early to avoid bad weather and ran into it instead🙃. #tornadowarning #severeweather

Most tornado-related injuries are to the head DURING the tornado, and from walking through the debris AFTER.
