I've just had somebody tell me that the allegations against Raab are politically motivated by 'Labour people' who put civil servants up to it'. They also said that the allegations couldn't possibly be true because Raab is a lawyer and Angela Rayner isn't. Yeah, I'm not sure that's how the whole 'guilty or not guilty' thing works.
