I'm sorry, but I'm going to be what might be considered as unkind then. Also quite long-winded it turns out.
Spoilers are not the problem of the people who are watching or even casting a cursory eye over something as it's being contested live.
I note that you haven't been adding spoiler warnings to your FIFA WWC toots. Naming a player ("Marta!" for example) could by some be considered as a spoiler.
I also note that you're new to the *active* couch peloton - for all I know you've been "lurking" and enjoying the antics for years over on Twitter, so what I'm explaining you may well already know.
The #CouchPeloton has been cheering on riders, drooling over scenery, eating #TourSnacks, making friends IRL, having #TourPets and #TourBabies, enjoying themed food nights - #FromageFriday, #MugCake, #TourPizza etc - playing games, reading #HotMessMaps and marvelling at #LeTourDesPoupees for, I'm not sure, 9 or 10 years now, without using spoiler warnings.
Even though the majority of the couch is in Australia or NZ (a few join in from the US, Canada, and Europe, but literally on the fingers of two hands numbers), and most of the world cycling events are held during our night hours, nobody's ever felt it appropriate to request spoiler warnings.
They simply avoid socials (which if they're at work or study they ought to be doing anyway) until they've watched the early morning replay as they're getting up and dressed and breakfasted ready for study or employment, or the afternoon/early evening/streamed replay as they're coming home at the end of their work/study day.
The weirdest time of the year is the Tour Down Under because what? Cycling during the day!? and still nobody asks for spoiler warnings.
The worlds in Wollongong last year were also, weirdly to Aussies and Kiwis, during the day. People from the couch peloton attended, cheered in their favourite riders and discovered new ones, and met (many for the first time) in real life.
And oh! The complaints from people in Europe and the US about the unfriendly TV times. But none of them asked for spoiler warnings.

Bonjour Masto Couchies! Tonight’s #bastillesnacks celebrates French cuisine, the winter glut of lemons & limes and builds on my past years failure at #MugCake Lemon-lime soufflé with citrus curd at the bottom. #TourSnacks #CouchPeloton I had the absolute joy of delivering the spare two to my neighbours 😎👌

I think it will be pretty safe to put a kettle on tonight, what could possibly go wrong (Cav gives me side eye)
Tonight's #TourSnacks courtesy of @markrprior #CouchPeloton - lemon flavour BTW 😋 😂

Inspired by the grand depart of the Tour in Bilboa yesterday I made a Basque burnt cheesecake to welcome my daughter back from a study tour abroad. Really easy cheesecake recipe and spectacularly good flavour. #tourSnacks
