The past couple of evenings at Town Hall station, they have been using what sounds like an electronic whistle, in place of regular whistles - it's a very disconcerting sound by comparison.

Is anyone familiar with this change?

I find it amusing that the Christmas decorations at Town Hall Station look almost as old as the station itself.
