The federal agencies allege that the firm's actions led to the release of #ToxicContaminants into East Palestine and surrounding areas during and after the Feb. 3 train derailment, #violating the #CleanWaterAct. The company planned to transport toxic materials from the clean up site (shifting the shit) to Maryland, where it would be dumped in the already toxic #ChesapeakeBay. This effort was halted.
