I recently added some writings to my blog in the space of #ludology or #philosophy of #play and perhaps tangentially related to #gamestudies.
I have bee fascinated, for a while now, with a term I call #toyfulness - a capacity of the world that encourages people to play. It seems to me that most of the thought in ludology focuses on games. But I think this "toy-centric" play is overlooked and quite important.
