Too nimble, my front wheel slid away going over a cattle grid too fast and I ate tarmac. I've got road rash on my knee, a sore shoulder, and a sore thumb.

Heute druck ich mal Schraubstockbacken mit einer Magnet-aufnahme in TPU.
Hab schon mal einen gedruckt aber mit zu wenig infill.
Könnte auch mit 100% aber es ist ja auch ein Test.

89 followers · 781 posts · Server mas.toOkay I put TPU tubes on my bike yesterday and it hasn't gone well so far, a pinch getting my tyres on during the operation, and a snakebite just now on a kerb I've taken many times using butyl inner tubes.....
On the plus side, there was a small but noticeable difference on gradients and slow grinding inclines, I've been using a gear higher for the same effort. Less rotating mass definitely helps.

Für mein neues Rad habe ich mich für TPU Schläuche entschieden, da sie über Aliexpress mit ca. 11€ pro Stück bezahlbar bleiben.
Kann bisher nur berichten das der Luftverlust deutlich höher ist als bei Butyl was aber wohl an den Ventilen liegt muss. Nach kurzer Zeit habe ich 1 Bar weniger, dann aber kein Druckverlust mehr.

Das #Vulkanisieren funktioniert übrigens auch beim #Latexschlauch, aber nicht bei den #TPU Schläuchen.
