The train on which my friend is arriving is delayed 32 minutes. That's sufficient for the larger Delay-Repay partial refund—if we have an extra 45 minutes to fill in the online form. (Talk about intentional design for difficulty!)

On a day when large parts of the UK's rail network are underwater I am trying to get a train to Leeds from Scotland's Central Belt.
