Unexpected?

After completing #trainings "to educate ...on LGBTQ+ identity" and "to support military-connected students", I learned that each these trainings are offered by separate offices: #DEI handles "Safe Zone" trainings and the registrar handles "Green Zone" trainings.

Prior to reflection, I saw these as (distinct) parts of one #edu initiative.

Now I'm curious how these #higherEd initiatives are related.
- Is it determined by the #university?
- Another level of society (e.g. #gov)?
