Quite correctly the trains are on strike, on a minimal service. Usually that's manageable if you must travel, today it's a little more chaotic.
Someone said there was a trespasser on the track, so maybe it's the two things compounded!

Yet another #TrainStrike thanks to the Tories, there are no #trains across the Pennines from #Sheffield. The #train companies can't be bothered to run replacement buses, and they want £80 for a whole new ticket to go a different route

Another day, another late short-formed train to #MCR...
That Northern rail staff are really earning every penny this morning, by guarding the doors, and bellowing at passengers like coked-up nightclub bouncers, looking for a fight.
No, I don't have any solidarity with the RMT or Aslef unions. Their staff are overpaid morons, and I don't support pro-Brexit organisations of any type.
Replace the whole lot of them with robots. Sack the lot of them.

Exactly the reasons alongside pay that the #NHSstrike and #TrainStrike are happening in the first place!
