#EUTech...I assume the #EUInstitutions realize that an Executive order from POTUS can be canceled at anytime by POTUS, it is not a law. Also I wonder if they heard about a FISA Court. I hope the #EUCouncil and #EUParliament object the position of the #EUCommision on the #TransatlanticDataTransfer, as presented it has no value, the agreement is unenforceable and worthless on itself.
