Good article, though it seems to o denigrate #ACTransit #transbay buses. The V is a nice ride.

I heard that AC Transit likes morning casual carpool, because morning commute also handles schools
Afternoon school commutes are earlier than work commutes, so buses and operators can spread out, handling more riders in afternoon / evening than morning
