Regularly annoying: almost 60 years after invention of #hypertext still there is no simple standard method to deep-link to a chapter, figure or page of a document (or even allow its #transclusion).

@njms exactly. shoutout to all my #Transclusion heads that know nothing has just one place. This is close to what i'm doing now, using wiki pages to organize concepts, so like what would be nice is for code that doesn't have decent dev docs might be to generate a set of pages that show all the links that a function has to others, and an interface to be like "ok now I am running a command to do X action" and make a wiki page with a call tree with links to the relevant pages

Everybody wants to talk about how #React is a waste of time, but what about AngularJS? What about that monumental pile of horseshit that everyone with a compsci degree insisted we use back in 2013? #HTML should have a proper method of doing least _basic_ #transclusion at this point that doesn't require messing with JavaScript.

Will a canvas eventually be eligible for use as a template - to speed up the creation of a new canvas from a defined layout?
