This was fun little exercise, and I even discovered some paths I I wasn’t previously aware of. I want to get a basic shape of the paths, excluding painted bike gutters, to then clean up to make into a transit map style poster.

The Montgomery County Department of #Transportation, in collaboration with the Washington Area Bicyclist Association (#WABA), is offering adult bike classes in #September, #October and #November for #MontgomeryCountyMD residents.

The🚲 classes include both 'Learn to Ride' and 'Basic Skills' classes.

They say people in the Sunset and Richmond don't want to take the bus, but the busses we have are way over capacity, always late because there are no transit lanes and car traffic moves at 5 mph, and the bus stops aren't properly marked, let alone having shelters or seating
