I just found out that my best friend when I was a kid and into teen years (our mom’s were best friends all our lives), is #transitioning. She wants to get in touch with me BUT we have not spoken in decades because she has been a racist, right-wing asshole for a long, long time.

Does our shared #trans experience, especially at our age, mean I should reach out despite the other aspects or do I continue to just keep her from my life and remember the good times we had as kids?

Think about all of the tiny things different now that you're living the life you were meant to. Looking in the mirror. Hearing Your Name called. The scent of a perfume or cologne.

More importantly, think about the differences inside you. The emotions. The possibilities. The dreams. Being able to smile.

… and while staying there, I had a beautiful chat (messenger) with #MyAdoredDaughter about everything, including Blåhaj, topics wrt being a trans person and so and her telling me how unbelievably happy it makes her to see/hear me so much happier and freer (“more free”?) I became or I seem to.

The essence of the chat was:
- Q: “Do you think I am too old for my egg to crack?” - “Are you dead?” - “No!” - “There is your answer!”
- Q: “Do you think I am too old to come out?” - “Are you dead?” - “No!” - “There is your answer!”
- Q: “Do you think I am too old transition?” - “Are you dead?” - “No!” - … you get the picture.

Just had a, uh, interesting conversation with a straight couple in line in front of us for #RuPaul Drag Race Live.

They started watching the show after Shangela was on #DWTS, which in turn led them to find out their friend of 30 years was #transitioning.

This led to a lot of well-meaning medical questions and concerns we were definitely NOT sure how to answer, but my takeaway is #DragRace has been very important to protecting #transgenderrights #transgender

Anyone have any suggestions for getting a natural female speaking voice that's not too low? I've been practicing for months now and I am making little breakthroughs but nothing major yet. Today I learned that I could speak from my collar bone and push air up below that to get close but I think I'm having trouble with not getting quite there and reverting back. I want to organize them and start a new - directly structured - folder for my newly begun therapy.

Thinking about myself, reflecting my behavior, analyzing and systemizing my thoughts is really something that brings me joy and a feeling of connection to my inner, true self.
