One of the most annoying (because hard to translate) French words is the noun "intervenant".

The way it's used in Québec, it can mean, among many other things:

intervener
participant
worker
social worker
commenter
questioner
(first) responder
paramedic/ambulance technician
caregiver
orderly
actor/player (non-thespian sense)
stakeholder

The etymological meaning, "one who comes between", has become "person who does something", which ultimately means little or nothing.

In addition to the daily Zelenskyy briefing, I also enjoy Vitaliy Kim's updates, although I wish they were all translated into English because I don't think my Russian is good enough to understand the humour. For example, I got the first part of today's easily, but the bit about the truck is a little bit confusing to me.
