I emailed a complaint to NHS England about the East of England Gender Service & TransPlus on 21st May 2023.

I've only just today (29th June 2023) received an acknowledgement of my complaint 🤦‍♀️

I decided to compose & send a calmly-worded email to both the East Of England Gender Service & TransPlus. I included the practice manager at my GP surgery to keep them in the loop.

If you're a trans person in England seeking medical help via the NHS, I highly recommend against going with the East of England Gender Service (EOEGS) pilot scheme.

It's frankly a waste of time & they're broadly incompetent & uncaring.

If you're eligible & get the opportunity, go for TransPlus instead. You'll at least get some care from them.
