"the flight is much faster" okay, flight TIME is, but it's often saving you no time.

My flight today for instance was 1 hour, and while the same train ride is 3.5. I would have had to leave my apartment at the same time, and my arrival times were within 30 minutes for both.

But instead of slow-walking through security checkpoints, I would have been sitting on a train drinking coffee and watching the countryside go by my window, and I would be doing so with legroom. #TransportationLiberation

Can't stop thinking about how much more fun and convenient it is to take a train than to fly.
