In happier news: what do you wear to a Trans Prom?

I'm leaning towards my navy-blue shorts romper with the Hawaiian-ish floral trim, and a plain brown belt, BUT I'm not sure what shoes to wear with it. Also my legs are so sexy that they'll distract everyone. Midwest weather is unpredictable and shorts might be perfect or terrible.

Alternately, my "date outfit" - dark floral shirt in navy and deep magenta, navy jacket, navy or burgundy pants - is pretty good, and I haven't worn it recently. Again, weather is an issue, because it's a very warm outfit.

Or I could just dress up really Goth - camo cargos, mesh shirt, silver chain necklace. I didn't think of this outfit until I typed this post, but it's definitely how I would have dressed at high school prom if I'd had the option.
