I’m a day late for #transvisibilityday, but I decided I need to say something. I’m the only one at my office who is wants to be an ally and actually works for diversity and inclusion. But I realized this morning that being an ally but remaining silent is almost as bad as doing nothing at all. So I’m making my position clear.

If you are trans, I support you.

I want you to feel comfortable. I want to help educate others. So I’m posting this, even if I am a day late. It’s never too late.

Happy trans visibility day everyone. My support and heart goes out to all of you trying to be yourselves in a world that makes that so difficult at times.

I see you, I love you, and most of all I respect your strength. Im always here if you need someone to talk to

It is #transvisibilityday and we need to treat everyone the way we want to be treated. We shouldn't be treating anyone different because of their gender and we should be respectful to people's preferred pronouns gender.

Our bodies are temples— we pour way too much focus on the outside, but it is the inside that matters, and what defines us.

Our bodies are tools— if an eye or hand or any other body part distances us from God, it is better to cut it off and throw it away. Again, what is sacred is the spirit inside, and our flesh is diametrically not, it is a means to an end. The end of course of loving God, which He tells us means we feed His sheep. Not of winning a human consensus of propriety.

Our bodies are garments— and we are not meant to wear one wrong for us.

On this #TransVisibilityDay, let’s remember that what God sees is far beyond what man sees, because God sees our hearts. It’s time the #Church sees our trans brothers and sisters, too.
