I'm now on the other side as a visibly . The main thing that changed is my visibility and the first impression. People don't assume that I'm "normal" and they don't feel like they have to listen to me or take me seriously. I feel like I just get treated the same way I used to be treated after opening my mouth, but now it's the first reaction to me based on the first impression.

I don't remember if I formally announced this, but I think I've finally resolved my gender identity label questioning.

I had been looking for a label between the concepts of a binary trans woman & a non-binary trans fem.

What I've realised is that my own gender identity is linked entirely to my neurodivergence.

As such, the most-fitting way to describe myself is a neuroqueer trans woman :NeurodiversitySymbol: :TransFemHeart:

It's always so weird prepping for laser on this area.

It's pretty much always:

• Clean & thoroughly shave.
• Coat the area in numbing cream. (Typically uses a whole 10 g tube.)
• Cover the area thoroughly in cling film (aka plastic wrap).

Unlike my electrolysis sessions though, I shan't be sharing prep or after photos 😅

My full name does appear on stuff linked to my employer too, which is another reason to need to keep it a secret except with close, trusted friends.

Alas, being a makes me an easy, visible target for bigots 😅

My current investigation suggests that I can hide my name for donations by converting from a personal to a business PayPal account, but the pros/cons of doing so aren't clear to me.

Anyone in the UK got any experience with this or using a different method for donations?

I'd ordered 8x the XL (30 g) tubes, but I guess they were out of those, so they sent me 24x standard (10 g) tubes instead.
