@demerara so you'd think, yeah, but .onion / darkweb hosting requires care as well. Case in point, the 65k+ books of the Imperial Library of #Trantor went down mysteriously last year and I'm not sure it ever went up again. I think it it was technical issues, though, not a takedown.

Which is a pity, because it was the largest I know to this day. Other onions also went down way before them.

But IPFS hosting sounds promising :)

@epal hey, totally wanna join you on this road! I unfortunately know little written material about #p2p (probably because such kind of development isn't "corporate-friendly"), but analyzing individual projects' documentation should be a good starting point.

I once dug into #I2P's docs for a start, and they were very enlightening. #Tox should be another good approach with their DHTs.

I guess it's time to visit #Trantor and dig around a bit
