@chema Mexican-#Chicano-#Latino people are certainly indigenous & we accept them as our people. But with primarily DNA from #Chihuahua & #Sonora, they don't have the treaty rights as Natives from within U.S borders, so the gov doesn't extend them #TribalEnrollment & #TrustResponsibilty
