Is anybody else reading #RestIsResistance? I want to reimagine my IntroToPsych course as a space of rest & resistance, to yank us out of #GrindCulture for 15 weeks.

There's a lot I've already done but it was not conscious, intentional. I want to pull these bits together, make it explicit, expand on it, & I want to talk to others who are doing this.

I want my class to be restorative--a place of growth & healing not exhaustion, stress, & burnout.
